Belgian Malinois Mix    Age: Young Adult

Compatibility: Good with Most Dogs, Good with Adult Women Only
Personality: Average Energy, Very Submissive
Health: Spayed, Vaccinations Current

Two year old Belgium Shepard mix, 58lbs, spayed female, looking for someone to love. Ellie had a rough beginning living with a dog hoarder that was not able to care for 18 large dogs correctly. For the first 19 months of her life she fought for food and affection in an eight by eight outdoor cage alongside her two sisters. She is shy around men and sticks but is the most loving dog ever. Over the last few months she has learned SOOO much. There are no fences on my 40 acres and she stays close to home, always. She has learned to raft/canoe, backpack, she is great on the trail beside my horses, great in the car ( she loves to be in my ... (Read More)truck... feels safe). She has a fool proof recall... I can ride through cows, call her and she WILL come. She loves the dog parks. In the winter she has an under coat which allows her to enjoy the snow without extra protection, I live above the snow line. She sleeps indoors. Ideally she would thrive being the constant companion of a mature women, being the number ONE dog. She has never had that. I have three dogs and it is just too many I can't give her the love and attention she deserves. She wants to hike, protect and hangout with someone she LOVES (Less)
